The same question appears twice in the displayed response. The image documents the response; the original spoken request is supplied by the post title. The thread does not establish the device model, software build, contents of the contact list, or whether a later attempt completed the call. This is an attributed contact-recognition report, not evidence that Siri cannot call that name generally.
