In a post dated June 24, 2025, a user says that after about a week of normal use, pressing the Digital Crown on their Apple Watch Series 10 brought up a prompt to type rather than listening. They report trying unpairing and re-pairing, checking permissions, restarting the watch and their iPhone 15 Pro, toggling Siri, and a hardware diagnostic from Apple Support. Voice Memos and noise measurements still worked, which made them doubt it was the microphone. This is a single user’s report.
